Where I ship

Anywhere in the United States. I'm not able to ship internationally right now.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum, no threshold — it's already built into my prices.

How long it takes

Everything is personalized and made to order in my studio in East Memphis. Orders ship within 3–5 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Turnaround gets tight around back-to-school, the holidays, graduation and wedding season. If you have a date to hit, order early — or send an inquiry and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it work.

Local pickup

Free porch pickup in East Memphis. Choose it at checkout and I'll message you the address and let you know the moment your order is ready.

Once it's with the carrier

Delivery timing is out of my hands after drop-off. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, send me photos and your order number and I'll help you work it out with them.

Wrong address?

Message me the same day you order and I'll fix it before it ships. Once a label is printed I can't redirect a package.
